Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of pet portrait commissions or prints. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issue(s). I strive for excellent feedback and customer service, so don't hesitate to message me with any issues.
Payment
To commission a portrait, a 25% non-refundable must be made to  deposit  your sure slot in my client waiting list. The remaining amount is due at the beginning of the drawing process. The date will be fixed together in a separate mail after receipt of the template photos.
Only when the full amount has been received, the drawing process will be started.
Payments can be made securely online by bank transfer in €

and also via Paypal (+fee)  in €
Please be aware that I work on a first come first serve basis and waiting times can take up to 3 months so please contact me to make sure your portrait can be complete and delivered in the time you need.
Shipping
All orders are shipped securely with a tracking number to the address you provide.  If the item is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please indicate the address at the time of the order. Possible customs duties in certain countries are to be paid by the client.

Giftcertificates
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
All rights of use with Sandra Wörner  - The original drawing is aquired without further right of use.
